REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer an unbeatable shipping and refund policy for all our products, we are promoting a 100% Satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell.
Victorus carries only fine quality merchandise. If your order does not exceed your expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order, less shipping and any PayPal/Credit Card processing fees (if applicable).
Refund requests must be made within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. If a discount was applied to the price you paid for the product, we will only refund the actual amount you paid.
We do our best to ensure that all products shown on this website are available to order. However, if any item that you had ordered is out of stock or no longer available an email will be sent to you notifying you that the item is out of stock along with its expected shipping date. You will have two options:
1/ Your order will be placed on our backorder list, and mailed to you as soon as it arrives (takes approximately two to three weeks).
2/ You may request a cancellation of your order with a total refund.
After receiving this e-mail, we will contact you first and ask if you wish to proceed.
If you received incorrect items or damaged products due to our mistake, we will proceed to an exchange. We will pay for the postage for shipping the exchange items back to you. We will send you back the right reference as well as the sticker needed to send us back the wrong unused, unopened item free of charge.
Note: due to FDA sanitary regulations, we are unable to accept return on any OPENED or USED eyelash adhesive and after care products.
